Why does the surface of my PrimeWand look uneven?

Every PrimeWand is hand-poured in small batches. Due to the hand-pour process and the natural materials in the formula (such as beeswax), the surface may appear slightly uneven — you might notice subtle ripples, streaks, or matte patches. This is completely normal and purely visual: it does not affect the quality, safety, or performance of your wand. It is simply the mark of a handcrafted product.

Why does my PrimeWand feel softer than other makeup sticks?

That softness is intentional. PrimeWands are hand-poured with a high share of natural oils, butters, and waxes (shea butter, camellia japonica seed oil, castor seed oil, beeswax) so the formula melts into mature skin and glides on without tugging or pulling. Because the texture is deliberately soft, the stick is more delicate than a hard.

How do I keep my PrimeWand from breaking?

The soft, skin-loving formula stays safe with three easy habits:
Step 1. Twist up only a small amount of product (2–3 mm) — you never need more.
Step 2. Before removing the cap, twist the stick all the way back down to release the pressure inside the tube, then take the cap off. Alternatively, give the cap a gentle twist before pulling it straight off.
Step 3. Apply with light pressure and let the wand glide — there is no need to press.

Tip: store your PrimeWand upright at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight.

My PrimeWand component (packaging) looks broken or feels loose in the tube. What should I do?

In most cases nothing is actually wrong. PrimeWand comes in refillable packaging, which means the color cartridge sits inside the outer tube rather than being glued in place. If the stick feels loose or looks as if it has popped out of its base, gently push it straight back down into the tube until it sits firmly, then twist up as usual.
