We’re looking for an experienced hands-on, performance-driven Senior Growth Hacker to help us unlock new revenue opportunities across funnels, offers, landing pages, and paid media channels. If you have a cross-functional background in media buying, creative strategy and CRO you'll fit right in!

You’ll report to our Head of Performance Marketing, but functionally you’ll be embedded across multiple marketing functions - collaborating closely with our web projects manager, senior marketing manager, performance copywriter, media buying and creative teams. From launching new offers and acquisition funnels to testing creative strategies on new paid media channels, this role is all about experimentation, ownership, and fast execution. You'll be the first person in our new Growth team that bridges the Marketing, Web, and Creative teams.

What You’ll Do

• Develop cross-functional growth project management systems & roadmaps
• Own the execution of growth marketing experiments from start to finish, ensuring solid tracking, reporting, and iteration
• Work closely with our Web PM and developer to optimize key user journeys
• Support funnel and landing page experiment projetcs
• Collaborate with our Senior Marketing Manager to test and unlock new paid media channels
• Support our Senior Media Buyer by building tailored funnel pages and new ad angles for Meta campaigns
• Support creating high-converting advertorials and campaign assets
• Conduct extensive research to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate offer tests and merchandising experiments based on customer insights and performance signals

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on experience across media buying, creative strategy and funnel optimization
• Familiarity with Shopify store management, landing page builders, and A/B testing tools
• Analytical mindset — able to break down performance, find patterns, and run data-informed experiments
• Comfortable working across teams and juggling multiple initiatives at once
• Proactive, curious, and highly collaborative — you see something broken or underperforming, and you jump in to fix it
• Strong understanding of DTC eCommerce — especially the psychology behind why people convert (or don’t)
