We’re looking for a skilled and performance-minded Video Editor / Motion Designer to help us craft scroll-stopping beauty content and scale our paid media creatives.

At Prime Prometics, creative is everything. We don’t just make pretty things — we make ads that convert and visuals that speak directly to our audience. In this role, you’ll work closely with our creative strategists and media buyers to analyze ad performance, spot trends, and ideate new concepts and iterations that move the needle. What You’ll Do

• Design high-performing video ads for Meta and other channels
• Utlizie motion graphics, dynamic text animations, and polished transitions to bring designs to life
• Edit both long-form and short-form videos — including YouTube content, Meta ads, hooks, cutdowns, and UGC-style edits
• Collaborate with creative and media buyer teams to analyze performance metrics and iterate on creative assets based on insights
• Repurpose raw UGC footage into high-converting ad creatives, with an eye for pacing and emotional connection
• Manage multiple creative requests while maintaining high-quality output

What We’re Looking For

• Driven, analytical, and motivated attitude to optimize creative based on performance data
• Proven, senior-level experience in video editing, especially within a performance marketing environment
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Excellent motion design instincts — you know how to pace edits for attention, emotion, and conversion
• Familiarity with creative testing, ad hooks, and what drives performance on Meta & TikTok
• Ability to work independently but also thrive in a team with creative feedback loops and testing cycles
• Detail-oriented and organized work style— you keep files, folders, and timelines on point
• Excellent English communication skills
