We’re looking for an experienced, results-focused Senior Media Buyer to manage and scale Meta campaigns, while also helping us grow across TikTok, AppLovin, Taboola, and other similar paid media channels.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, test, and optimize very large-scale budgets across Meta and other paid social platforms
• Develop and execute media buying strategies across multiple global markets and media channels
• Collaborate with other media buyers to exchange learnings, align strategies, and fuel collective growth
• Work hand-in-hand with creative and content teams to unlock fresh scaling opportunities
• Take initiative on growth-hacking ideas beyond media buying— offers, funnels, CRO and beyond
• Research audiences, segment strategically, and keep targeting sharp
• Explore and test other channels like TikTok, AppLovin, and Taboola
• Track performance, report on key metrics, and use insights to drive action
• Keep learning, stay curious, and bring new ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience running Meta ads with large budgets (eCommerce/DTC brand background is a big bonus)
• Confidence with scaling, testing, and adapting in fast-paced environments
• A data-driven mindset with the curiosity to dig into numbers and trends
• Growth-focused thinking — you see media buying as part of a bigger ecosystem
• Familiarity with conversion-focused funnels, creative testing, and landing page flows
• Comfortable collaborating with other buyers and cross-functional teams
• Bonus: Experience with TikTok Ads, AppLovin, or Taboola
