We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Influencer & Content Specialist to support our growing content team in managing UGC and photoshoot productions.

You’ll be coordinating influencer collaborations, reviewing and organizing incoming content, managing contracts, and helping to make sure our shoots and UGC campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves creative work but thrives in structure, planning, and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Support the full UGC pipeline: from outreach and booking to reviewing, approving, and organizing content
• Communicate with influencers and creators to ensure briefs are clear and deliverables are on time and on-brand
• Manage and track influencer contracts, content rights, and usage documentation
• Help the creative and paid teams to source high-performing UGC for paid social and organic campaigns
• Assist with planning and coordination of photoshoots — including booking photographers, models, makeup artists, and locations and assisting on the day
• Keep internal folders, briefs, and content libraries organized and up to date

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent English language skills — both written and verbal — are a must
• Highly organized and detail-driven — you love keeping things moving and nothing slips through the cracks
• Comfortable communicating with influencers and creators in a clear, professional, and friendly way
• A good eye for content — you don’t need to be a designer, but you can spot what feels on-brand and high-quality
• Proactive and reliable — when something’s missing, you take initiative and solve it
