We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven International Logistics Specialist to own the flow of products from our manufacturers to customers worldwide.

You’ll be the key player keeping our supply chain efficient, costs optimized, and products moving — ensuring every delivery happens on time and on budget. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning logistics complexity into smooth operations, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and manage international shipments of finished goods from manufacturers to fulfillment centers
• Organize timely delivery of intermediate goods to manufacturers
• Monitor, analyze, and control transportation costs, driving cost-saving initiatives
• Prepare and maintain accurate transportation documents, invoices, and shipment records
• Maintain real-time inventory movement reports to support analytics and accounting
• Build and update internal tracking systems for stock and component locations
• Coordinate warehouse transfers and inventory redistribution across our network
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international shipping requirements
• Support internal teams with shipment scheduling, communication, and issue resolution

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination (US, EU, CN, MX, CA, AUS)
• Strong knowledge of global shipping processes, customs, and international freight management
• Proven track record managing logistics documents for compliance and accounting
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel; confident handling large data sets
• Highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple international shipments simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Experience working with fulfillment centers (Amazon) and third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Bonus: E-commerce logistics experience or logistics background in beauty/cosmetics
