We’re looking for an experienced Brand & Social Media Manager to unify our brand across organic social and web, and to lead the strategy and execution of high-impact viral social media campaigns that grow engagement and strengthen brand trust.
If you’re a creative, organized storyteller with an eye for detail and a passion for brand consistency — this role is for you. You’ll take charge of building our brand guidelines, shaping our voice, and ensuring that our online representation on owned media platforms is cohesive and distinctly “us.” You’ll work closely with our corporate giving manager, content, email and creative teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive our brand expression across all organic platforms — from messaging to visuals to tone of voice
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop branding campaigns
- Lead the creation of social campaigns designed for virality, shareability, and emotional connection
- Develop and manage social content calendars, aligning with launches, seasonal moments, and campaign priorities
- Proactively identify brand-building opportunities, lead cross-functional briefs, and make sure projects stay on track
- Brief and manage designers, editors, and creators to fulfill social campaign briefs
- Partner with the Corporate Giving Manager to embed our social mission into everyday content and storytelling
- Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of social campaigns to maximize results
- Stay on top of trends and use those insights to keep our content fresh and relevant
- Be the driving force behind building a recognizable, scroll-stopping brand across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years managing brand and organic social for ecommerce brands
- Confident leading projects end-to-end and collaborating across departments
- Strong creative instincts and understanding of what builds a consistent, trust-driven brand
- Comfortable writing or refining copy to match tone and messaging guidelines
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple content streams at once
- Familiar with briefing and guiding creative teams to deliver high-quality social assets
- Bonus if you’ve worked on influencer or UGC campaigns, or partnered with content creators
